At Sundar Gallery, we take pride in offering high-quality imitation jewelry, carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. However, if your order arrives damaged or the product is defective, weβre here to help.
β 7-Day Return Policy (For Damaged Items Only)
We offer a 7-day return or replacement policy only in the case of:
- Damaged product
- Defective item
- Physically damaged courier box
- Incorrect item received
You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at contact@sundargallery.com along with clear photos/videos of:
- The damaged product
- The outer courier box with label
- Your order ID/confirmation
so we can re-deliver either excange and replace product within 5 working days.
π Note:
Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design, size mismatch, or general dissatisfaction. We do not offer refunds for non-damaged products under any circumstance.
π Return Process
- Email us at contact@sundargallery.com within 7 days of delivery with all required proofs.
- Our team will verify your request.
- If approved, we will send return instructions or offer a replacement shipment.
Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted or refunded.
πΈ Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be credit to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days after refund approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@sundargallery.com.
